All Pokens shown on the web page are in stock at all times unless otherwise mentioned. Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Domestic shipping in the continental U.S. is via First Class or Priority Mail, both of which guarantee 2 to 3 day service from the U.S. Post Office. Shipping to Canada is the same. All Canadian orders ship from within Canada

Return Policy

30 day guarantee. If you return the product (having taken reasonable care of it) within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will refund you the price you paid us for that product; all you pay is the return postage of the goods.

If you return a product to us that is faulty, broken, that you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also refund you the reasonable return postage costs (no more than it cost us to send to you).

If you are returning your Poken, please call or email prior to the return in order to let us know.
